Let me tell you, all my friends run their mouths about cape may being "the bomb", but compared to Santa Fe Flagship, Cape May SUCKS! The Flagship was convienent to the beach, ice, pool, and eateries. The people were REAL. The hotel was very comfortable, and spacious.
I did not like the paying for parking 7 dollars a day. I think 7 for the entire stay is just enough. I didnt like being told there would be a 100 hold for damages that comes back....a little pricey for those who are on vacation spending money. And, the 50 dollar dish thing....unless the dishes are ruined, made me feel like we could be charged for the littlest things.
Everything was amazing! The view was breath taking and the staff super friendly!! Will be staying here every time I go to Atlantic City!!!!
The elevators took forever!!!!! The air conditioner was not on when we arrived. It was 100 degrees that day so imagine the room.
the friendly staff and also the rooms had a beautiful view
The view of the inlet is great. The size of our suite with the kitchenette was nice.
The bartender in the restaurant was not very helpful...or polite. We left for the evening after 1 drink. It was a Friday evening.
It was a over night stay with my daughter. We had made the trip after a visit to children hospital . We had the breakfast buffet was real good. She did a little swimming and out on boardwalk. I would stay at flagship again.
Getting to the hotel from the bus stop.
Very comfy beds, furniture and layout.Clean throughout.
DVD player didn't work.Hair dryer didn't work.Bulb out in lamp.Shower only half worked(more water came out the tub faucet) Needs attention to detail! Then again, you get what you pay for!
The hotel was clean a.nd comfortable
The hotel was a bit pricey for one night!
The view was very nice
On site food was not 24/7
Location was near conference I was attending, clean and tidy. Very spacious.
Notice on the kitchen sink threatening extra charges if any dishes / glasses were left dirty. Understand room was designed for extended stay, but rates are high enough to cover putting a bucket out for dirty dishes if needed. If I host guests in my home I don't expect them to do dishes, found this tacky and unwelcoming.
The breakfast was nice -- Quiet, lovely view
halls were dirty -- not enough elevators for the number of people.
I enjoyed having the convience of kitchen facilities in the room.
The elevator service is poor. Your hotel has 4 elevators and the wait time is interminable.
This was our first ( and probably last ) time in Atlantic City. Vegas is head and shoulders more to our liking. The hotel was set apart in a rehabilitated part of town. We were advised, by staff, not to walk around the area at night. The hotel itself is new and luxurious looking from the lobby. We had to pay $7.50 a day to park in their garage. Since the room only cost $40 a day through Booked.net, it was no biggie and kept off the isolated street. The hallway reeked of smoke . The room reeked of fish, which eventually dissipated. There were few amenities New flat screen TV, radio = clock did not work. Hot water hard to come by in shower. Worth $40 but not a three star hotel.\\
I liked that whatever I needed it was sent in a timely fashion.
My balcony door was broken.....has well as the ironing board....also none of the facilities looked as they did on their website.....I believe I payer way too much for the room in which I stayed.
I truly marvel at the vastness of our suite and enjoyed the spectacular ocean view from my window.
I was somewhat put off by how crowded the pool was and therefore didn't get the opportunity to try the hot tub.
The room was beautiful!
The halls were short of the luxury suites.
