Location was near conference I was attending, clean and tidy. Very spacious.
Notice on the kitchen sink threatening extra charges if any dishes / glasses were left dirty. Understand room was designed for extended stay, but rates are high enough to cover putting a bucket out for dirty dishes if needed. If I host guests in my home I don't expect them to do dishes, found this tacky and unwelcoming.
The breakfast was nice -- Quiet, lovely view
halls were dirty -- not enough elevators for the number of people.
I enjoyed having the convience of kitchen facilities in the room.
The elevator service is poor. Your hotel has 4 elevators and the wait time is interminable.
This was our first ( and probably last ) time in Atlantic City. Vegas is head and shoulders more to our liking. The hotel was set apart in a rehabilitated part of town. We were advised, by staff, not to walk around the area at night. The hotel itself is new and luxurious looking from the lobby. We had to pay $7.50 a day to park in their garage. Since the room only cost $40 a day through Booked.net, it was no biggie and kept off the isolated street. The hallway reeked of smoke . The room reeked of fish, which eventually dissipated. There were few amenities New flat screen TV, radio = clock did not work. Hot water hard to come by in shower. Worth $40 but not a three star hotel.\\
I liked that whatever I needed it was sent in a timely fashion.
My balcony door was broken.....has well as the ironing board....also none of the facilities looked as they did on their website.....I believe I payer way too much for the room in which I stayed.
I truly marvel at the vastness of our suite and enjoyed the spectacular ocean view from my window.
I was somewhat put off by how crowded the pool was and therefore didn't get the opportunity to try the hot tub.
The room was beautiful!
The halls were short of the luxury suites.
It was quick check in and check out, room was ready to go on time, their was easy transportation to and from the main part of town. great view.
Check in at 4 and check out 11 is a bit tight I thought. Also was not crazy about the security deposit on the room.
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar/restaurant and their happy hour.
Staff was excellent. They has very good security. Plenty for kids to do & not located in the middle of all the casino hustle & bustle. Would definitely recommend to my friends
I loved the fact that they had a free shuttle to other casinos.
The elevators took forever, when checking in they did not have enough people at the front desk, so I waited in line forever, the 1 bedroom suite had a very small mattress and I could not get enough hot water to take a bath.
in door pool great breakfast there desk staff all very nice, peaple
too loud after 9 pm peaple yelling and talking loud when in hall way u should have signs saying keep sounds down peale sleeping
I booked my room at Booked.net for 150.00/ night for 2 nghts. But what happened I was charged more the 2nd night which is just so unfair but I guess its was too late to look for another hotel that time.
Flagship has been the choice for my sisters and myself for the past five years. We have enjoyed staying there. My oldest sister stated she would like to see the Flagship upgrade. I personally like the Flagship as it is. I especially like the professionalism and courteousness of the staff, all staff included.
The only problem I have had in all five years, is the offensive smell of urine at the entrance ways from the garage. All levels have this odor.
The gym and the hot tub, were very nice.
The noisey guests, running through the halls and shouting late at night.
